Can I change my plan later?

What happens when I exceed my log event limit?

If you have extra usage enabled, additional log events are billed at $0.02 per 1,000 log events and additional session replays at $2.50 per 1,000 session replays, up to your configured monthly spend cap.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 5,000 log events and 500 session replays per month, with no credit card required. Upgrade anytime as your needs grow.

What counts as a session replay?

One session replay is one recording we store. A visitor who stays on your site for hours counts once, and sessions your recording rules choose not to keep are not counted at all.
